The interview process is fairly quick. I sent my resume, writing prompt and cover letter in through an employee referral and was emailed by HR the next day. The phone screening is fairly easy. The HR rep did a great job connecting with me and explaining what Hanover does and how the process would progress. After interviewing, I went into the office and had three rounds of interviews. The first round was with two current associates, the middle section was shadowing a current associate at her desk and the third round was with the head of the associates. Everyone was really nice and friendly. There were no questions that I didn't expect.
