Brought me into the interview room while 2 other salespersons hung out and chit chatted. Didn't ask me any probing questions. Anytime I tried to tell him about myself, he cut me off. Immediately began explaining the hours and compensation (speaking at break-neck speed). Instantly offered me a job without knowing anything about me.

Very easy going and relaxed. It was nice talking to the manager. They seem to care about your work life balance too. I have the ability to take as much time off as I want, within reason. I just won't get paid for it.

It’s went smooth phone interview, in person interview, and a job shadow. Mentioned 3 weeks of paid training. Sounds like a great fit for me. Use of AI technology. Imagine if your driven you can make a good income with this company.
