The interview process was pretty straight forward. It took them two days to select interns from a batch of around 150+ candidates from different colleges. There were 2 modules- 1. Aptitude test + programming test. 2. Technical + HR Interviews 1. Aptitude Test + Programming Test It wasn't very difficult for me to crack the aptitude. Two words- Maths, logical reasoning. A program related to string manipulation was there to solve. Done and done. 2. Interviews The true test was the interviews. There were precisely 3 rounds. First one was to check the general programming languages. Keywords- *insert your favorite programming language here*, OOP concepts, Project. Second interview was mainly focused on problem solving and new technology. They give you interesting problems to solve and then they check your knowledge about emerging technology. Third one was with the HR guy, which seemed like a mere formality. Take-away- Everything you do in your graduation/post graduation years MATTERS. Gather as much knowledge as you can, always be updated. Gain expertise in at least one technology and its related technologies. If you follow these golden-rules, it should not be very hard to crack the interviews.

There were total 4 rounds in the interview process. First round was apti test. It was quite simple test. They asked questions based on quantitative apti,some basic technical questions and they can ask you to write program or some queries.They had given case study and asked us to draw class diagram. After clearing apti, they took 2 technical interviews followed by HR interview. In technical interview they asked you questions on projects you have done and some other basic questions. They can even ask you some puzzle. In HR they ask typical questions like why do you want to join our organization?What are your hobbies etc.
