The interview is always with two people or two separate interviews. They are behavior based interview questions. They ask about previous experiences and how you react and handle different situations.

Original contract was a Phone interview, it contained questions about my resume, followed up by setting up a In person interview. More detailed retail based management questions. 2nd interview follow up with Area manager.

I passed all interviews and was "over qualified" per all of their input. Once I passed all the steps I end up getting ghosted by them and on the application portal it changed to "position filled" with no phone call or updates. Thanks.
