Very casual. Phone interview went well. In person- folks were late or still at lunch. Had to wait 20 min for one manager to show up. Not the greatest place to work but a good one to get your foot in the door and then leave. Make you work 12-13 hours a day for less than average salary. Culture is stiff, no one smiles including management.
