I'm actually already employed by Harbor Freight, but my new interview for the logistics manager is in 1 week they want people who are driven that want a career rather than a pay check.

When I hired in as a logistics associate they ask about what you wanted out of the company? If you wanted to make a career of the company things of that nature.
Phone screen with store manager, then invited for in-person interview. Structured set of questions were asked, but it was overall pretty casual. Toured the warehouse and spoke about job duties.
