Interview with the nurse manager of a large floor consisting of medical surgical and surgical combined on one floor. Traditionally, floors are a maximum capacity of 32 beds with a support staff/patient ratio. The floor's size and complexity of issues seemed to be very complex repeating the old methodology of having wards of patients all in one large room.

first applied via agency, and interview with nurse director, interview took about 20 minutes. interview was not difficulty mostly they asked my previous experiences and nursing knowledge. and gave me situation that what I should act as experienced RN.
