HR and the Director of Nursing were present. Then the Executive Director came in as did the Education Director and I was taken to meet the Executive Nursing Director. The hospital was presented in a much better light than it warranted. There were many things told to me that were patently untrue. What was presented as the support that would be available to back up the Supervisor was absolutely untrue.
