This was a very well-organized and efficient interview process. I had a call with HR, then the hiring manager (VP level), and then the final interview was a group including other dept. leaders.

For the final interview HR will tell you how to prepare. It's a behavioral interview where they want to hear examples in specific areas of how you've handled particular situations.
