Applied online and then promptly walked in to the store and asked for the manager. I let her know that I applied and she said she would review it and took my name down. She later told me that me actually walking in to the store is what made her so interested in me. Called later for an interview, it was very easy. Took a drug test and was hired within a week.

Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”

Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
