The process was very easy and starightforward. They asked questions about prior experience and what type of work conditions you work well in. They also asked if you had any experience working in customer service.

Company does not care so much about your previous qualifications as they do about their current needs. Pass the drug test, the background check,smile, go through the training and you mean as little as anyone else but you have a job.

Entretien
Interviewed directly by the customer service manager. I was asked specific questions relevant to the job position I applied for. It wasn't too long, only took about 10 minutes. After the interview the customer service manager told me to check my email for additional details on the job offer i would receive.

Entretien
It really was a very simple and fast interview! She asked me situational questions then we talked about my resume. I previously worked customer service, so she asked me mostly about that experience.
