it was a hiring event, so I rsvp'd then showed up with my resume in hand. I was basically pre interviewed or screened and then asked to wait for the DM to interview me. So if you attend an event like this give yourself more than an hour. The DM was personable but somewhat stern in his demeanor. He asked a lot of questions that could be considered behavioral, but they were not canned like "tell me a time when...." I did not get an offer on the spot, I don't know if that is a bad thing or not

Open ended questions they wanted specific situation that you dealt with in your past. Ther are no yes or no answers, come prepared to answer all questions in depth. Make sure you speak clearly and make eye contact that is important in Harris Teeters hiring process.
