I was called by a recruiter and se was very friendly and relaxed. She set up a formal interview for the next day and she called me on time for it. Once she liked me, she worked very hard to get me a position.
it was friendly and nice . they asked about qualifications and wanted to know if you were able to assist managing a front end of a retail store. they ask about your future endeavors in hopes you want to move up in the company.

The interview was honestly the easiest I’ve ever seen. The DM asked about my experience and immediately talked about store culture and pay. They only asked two interview questions, which I’ll add below. The only thing that got me is that the recruiter promised me they could offer equal or better pay and they actually offered me much less, so the experience was less than positive for that. One red flag I caught from the interview was that they said if you, “Keep your head down and do things the HT way, you’ll do fine and go far.” I wanted to share for anyone expecting the Glassdoor average here, I got offered $14, so I had to turn it down.

Everybody arrived for their appointment times. You went with your interviewer and there was about four people in the room interviewing at the same time. The interview process was quick and easy.
