Applied online. Got a call maybe a month later to come in for an interview. I arrived to my interview on time, but they weren't ready for me until almost an hour later. Was basically offered the job that day pending drug test and background check results.

3. Sent an offer letter the same day
4. Waited on Background Check
5. Completed a new hire paperwork online
6. Came to the store to complete my onboarding with needed documents

Fast and straight to the point. Interview was maybe 15 minutes. Great experience would do again. Very professional and focuses on my answers and why I felt certain ways. Very through
It's not very difficult. They were already impressed with my volunteer and club participation (High School), despite not having any previous work experience. The questions that they ask are not very difficult, mainly education, work experiences, job description (with salary).
