Four Step process starting with intro interview, model test, panel with multiple people/cross department, and final interview. Model was not very difficult and was under 2 hours. If you can build a simple DCF and amortization table, you will be able to pass. The panels will ask about prior experience, interest in alternatives, and walking through resume. May ask a few technical questions but a strong story will help navigate the process. Be well versed in any market data you know when answering questions ad show your analytical abilities

There were two rounds of interviews and an excel test. It was not too difficult if you're prepared and have relevant experience. Everyone I met was kind and seemed very hardworking.
