Entretien
There were 3 stages to the interview process. The first one was quite laid back, the HR team introducing the company, their business strategy and vice versa, getting to know each other.
The second interview was with a regional manager and at this stage they are trying to see if you're a good fit for the role as an individual, study your attributes by giving you some questionnaires and seeing how you answer them.
The first 2 were a lot less challenging than the 3rd and final stage. At the last stage you are expected to demonstrate a great example of Kitchen Sales Designer by doing a role play with the director acting as a customer. This part was the most challenging, especially if you have a short time to prepare for it. However, I believe it's One manageable for the right candidate.

The interview was a good experience overall. It was interesting to learn more about what the role at Harvey Jones Kitchens involved and the interviewer covered all the topics I had queries about.

Quite a long process, but very friendly throughout.
4 steps overall:
1) Video recorded questions - you are given a number of questions (I think it's 4) to answer, which you record yourself answering on their system. It's very straightforward, and you can re-record each answer once if you don't like how you did.
2) An interview with the HR manager, which is a lovely chat about the company, plus why you want to work there, what you know about them, normal interview questions.
3) The first face to face interview will be with the regional manager, and you have a mixture of exercises to do on the day, as well as interview questions, and a market research exercise to prepare ahead of time. The whole thing took less than an hour I would say.
4) The last stage is with the sales Director, in which you have to pre-learn a sales pitch and roleplay it with him. There will be a few informal questions too, but nothing horrible or intimidating - they are just looking to learn more about you and make sure that your personality is a good fit!
