The interview process is so quick, the interviewer only ask the question that seem like only from their template question. After the interview, the interviewer or talent recruitment didn't contact me until now that already have been 1 month after i get interview from this company.

The interview process was disorganized and frustrating. Communication lacked clarity, schedules changed last-minute, and the interviewers seemed unprepared. Questions were irrelevant, and feedback was either delayed or completely absent, leaving a negative impression.
