I was guided to wait and taken into one of the treatment rooms prior to my interview. It was pretty direct, the manager was friendly and thorough in her description of the job.

There is no practical, you will just meet with the manager for about fifteen minutes. You will not be meeting with the owners. Thirty words are required, but I have nothing else to say.
