The process was wonderful, I never felt like I was not in the loop concerning my application. The interviews took place over four rounds, with the last round being a panel interview. It was made clear every step of the way that people are the most important aspect of this company; so much so that a lot of interview questions will be about how you fit into the company culture as a whole, and not just the position. I could not recommend this process more, and other companies should be looking towards Hawk Ridge on how to impress future applicants.
