The interview process was great. Had an initial call to get some background and make sure I was a good fit for the agency. From there I had 2 additional interviews and a "task" that included creating a mock marketing plan, and answering a few additional questions.

Client communication is a huge part of HawkSEM, so several questions revolved around communication styles and how would you handle certain situations.
2 rounds with a 3 part assessment. Process was straight forward and everyone was responsive throughout the process. Case study and additional questions were job relevant and actually was pretty fun in my opinion

Entretien
There were essentially three interview rounds: The first was one-on-one, the second was a questionnaire, and the third was a group interview with additional managers. The process was actually very seamless and organized and expectations were clearly communicated
