Such a pathetic hiring process, they asked me my demand and after whole conversation HR scheduled the interview. I went to their office after 45 mins of drive, and what turns out the interviewer looks not so experienced. He just completed a senior level interview in 5 mins. asked a very childish question by saying that I have my own ways for interview at the end he said actually HR hire those candidates who have less demand, and gave some explanations that you know HR process is also a thing etc.
So mate my question is why you're scheduling interviews for the people who doesn't meet your budget, I mean by doing such thing you're just wasting a candidate's time.
