Company makes you fill out a employment application form upon arriving for the interview. They seemed more interested in receiving your application than actually speaking with you. Interviewed with 3 employees, all of which had an attitude and asked non-relevant brain teaser questions followed by highly technical questions that fit positions at least 2 pay grades higher. I think they already have candidates in mind and just need to bring in people to increase their diversity interview records. I have since found a job and am very happy I am not working at Headway.
