After a phone screening I had a series of group interviews with departments I would have managed where the employees quizzed me in depth on technologies as if I was going to be expected to be a direct contributor of technical work. After that I had a one on one conversation with the director that asked me how I felt about outsourcing and cloud services versus a brick and mortar approach to information technology management.

I had a phone interview with a talent rep who asked me questions. I then had an interview with the hiring manager. During the process, I learned that the talent rep did not have the correct information.

Entretien
Adequate. They gave me a fair opportunity. Their staff has since changed, but the people who interviewed me at the time were nice and professional. The company is very large and based in Chicago. The hiring manager did not try to hide this fact, but pointed out they still have local control in Montana. The facilities are very nice.
