Had me fill out a 'brag sheet' which was basically copied and pasted bullet points from my resume. Then they sent me the CEOs brag sheet which was pretty pretentious. He listed things like 'surviving his birth' or getting the 'highest offer from his group of friends for his first job'. It was pretty hilarious.
Then they asked me to bring work out clothes to the interview, because I guess everyone there has to be super fit. The 'gym' was just a bunch of machines and weights in the middle of the office always with a few meat heads loudly lifting. Then they leave me in a room for 4 hours to do some coding exercise.

The interview was fair. I was questioned about my past experiences as a software engineer, what technologies I've used and why, and also about the challenges and struggles I had in my career; and finally, technical questions about the technology they use (it was expected I had previous knowledge on them).

Video chat with CTO, where he asked about my background. He couldn't have seemed less interested even though he reached out to me for the position! They are also the only company that asked for my GPA in college, which is super weird thing to ask. Overall did not have a good vibe since they seem to care very much about subjective numbers.
