round table meeting with several candidates then personal interview a week later. The manger goes over the structure of the company than tells you how the are rated by the BBB, and how they are backed financially. The take your resumes and ask you if you are interested and set up another interview.

Interview was great. It was more like a conversation. Interviewer was very friendly and I was very relaxed. He gave great insight into the company and other programs that they have.

It was good, the company was very good at educating on what a day to day looks like and what to expect. It was very honest and you can tell they are sales people.

There were two interviews - the first was a brief phone interview, and the second one was more in depth. I had the choice of doing the interview over Zoom or in person.
