The interview process was very well-organized, fair, and efficient. The interview process started with a phone screen with HR. Amanda was very professional and made it clear what to expect every step of the way. The second interview was a 1 hour call with my potential supervisor. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview where I met with 4-5 potential team members for 30 minutes apiece. The team was smart, asked great questions, and gave me ample opportunity to learn about the job and the workplace culture. They also asked for references, and I was offered a job within a week.

It was a phased interview process with the people team, engineering team, and hiring manager - time consuming but I think it was very well worth it, especially because it gave me time to interview the organization to ensure it will be a good fit

Entretien
Phone screening with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, take home assignment, zoom calls with the team including a presentation. Each conversation felt intentional and I felt like I was able to showcase different parts of my capabilities.
