I had a sad experience with the interview process. On-site interview consisted of a technical task, followed by an interview with the senior iOS developer. Soon after that, I had two more technical interviews, design interview and enhancement on the technical task. That wasn't the end, another developer conducted iOS interview again. I found iOS team to be talented and the kind of people with whom I want to work with. The worst part of these interviews was that most of the questions were repetitive. I performed fairly well.
As soon as I reached home, received a call from HR saying I need to complete a mini-project which involved 3 subtasks. Completed the tasks and sent for review. Technical tasks are my favorite because that's where I can really show how I work.
I was hoping I would get selected but they choose to throw my application to the dustbin. They knew I would an immediate joiner. No calls and no emails informing the status.
I invested my time and money for the interview. Was it wrong to expect little respect in return?
They treat candidates as trash, I wonder how would they treat their employees!

i gave interview for iOS senior role in Healthifyme
They took 4 technical rounds, then 3 rounds in office
First round : Make API Call , fetch , show in UI, Download image in async manner to show in tableview with caching support
Second : Problem solving DSA Question on strings
Third : iOS, Concurrency , some other iOS Questions and time slots (find common time between 2 members time slots )
Fourth: System design (Design Gallery kind of app which fetches images from internet & problem solving (DSA (LinkedList))
They called to office after 4 rounds of interview
15 mins interview with VP HR about introduction etc, why you want to join kind of questions
iOS Team catchup
Manger round : this didn't happen after HR round and Catch up round.
They asked me to leave saying manager is not feeling well and will arrange a virtual call, Manager is in office itself and didn't show interest to take the interview not sure of the reasons.
Very unprofessional behaviour after taking 4 rounds of interview.
HR told Manger is unwell and will arrange the virtual round.
I am not sure of the reason, I met the iOS team for casual catch up. After that catch up team, iOS Lead rushed to meet manager and my meeting is cancelled with the manager.
So be careful while answering things in catch up also, they say its not interview , but they considered this to be interview i feel
