group interview first with 4 other students in the room where you discuss different problems together and come up with a solution, then one on one interview with a panel where you get asked more personal and directed questions

Overall, the interview process was well organised. The final interview had a Very comfortable environment with friendly interviewers. I did the interview online for a position in another state.

Entretien
Relaxing but test your team work skills and your customer service senses. Can have multiple rounds. Not particularly technical. Be prepared for more than one interviewer, online interview, group interview, and teamwork activities. Need to respond fast, but smart. Need to project a friendly personality devoted to helping people.
