J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hearst (New York, NY) en mars 2015
Entretien
I was contacted by the hiring manager via email. I came in for an interview about 3-4 days later, I had a one-on-one meeting in a conference room. The office had a relaxed vibe to it. The manager and staff were very kind, helpful and professional, but ultimately on follow-up the salary offer wasn't competitive so I declined.
Was very come in, let's get this over with. Not much else to say. At a certain level, you don't just accept jobs for the title or paycheck, you accept jobs that you can pour into and be replenished from.

Question 1
The interview itself wasn't difficult. It was managing around the very apparent "my mind is already made up" attitude of the interviewer.
The most incompetent interview process I’ve I ever had. There was miscommunication regarding salary from various people in the process, dropping their initial amount by $20k. Was belittled the entire time due to my age and was told my internship experiences don’t count as working experience at all, despite obviously having many years of experience after the fact. Questions about my marital status and age were asked in order to frame me as inexperienced/young and not worthy of the asking salary. Funny though, because after all that nonsense they made me an offer. Guess they’re just desperate.
