Online Application and Initial Screening: Candidates submit their resumes and educational documents through the company’s online portal. First Interview: This is usually conducted via video call. Candidates are assessed on grammar and spelling skills, followed by a series of English-only questions. Final Assessment: Successful candidates may be required to demonstrate teaching skills or participate in a mock teaching session, especially for teaching positions.
Offer and Onboarding: Candidates who pass the interviews will receive an offer
The interview went well, and my interviewer gave me good suggestions and highlighted some key differences between the US and Japanese mindset in interviews. The interviewer also gave me some good suggestions when doing interviews with Japanese companies moving forward.

They will ask you to spell some words and sing a nursery rhyme. Also, they have an exam about grammar. The interview is easy especially if you have an experience in teaching.
