Your interview is located at the site you would wrk at if hired. The interview consists of scenarios you will be asked. You would then need to give an example you've experienced that's similar to the scenario. They want to see how you would handle the situation.

A participant has isolated himself from the group and is not participating in the activity. What would you ask and how would you get him to be more involved in group?
If you have the qualifications you received a call do to a phone screening interview that could last around 15 mins. After that you could be called to do in person or zoom interview.

It was a really great interview process. I was contacted as soon as possible by everyone that I needed to talk to. I would definitely suggest giving the job a try if you are considering it. Go for it.
