My first interview was with the Executive Director. My second interview was with the social work team. The entire process took about 2 weeks to complete. This was pre-covid, so interviews were done in person and in the office. I liked that they included the social workers in the interview process.

The questions were mostly about my past experiences as a social worker, to verify that I had adequate experience in the field.

Straight forward questions, 2 people present at interview, friendly, shorter interview, basic questions , conversation style interview, questions related to experience in health care, questions on why choosing hospice, behavioral questions.

The interviewing process was very thorough and very detailed. Not only was I interviewed by my prospective supervisor but her supervisor as well.The interview was conducted i a non-intimating fashion . I was asked many questions about my skills and how I would handle different scenarios.The job responsibilities were explained . The overall experience was a good.
