Interview process was very enjoyable. Lots of involvement from partners. Good feel for culture. Good variety of personalities. Felt there was decent transparency. But not sure hot is would it translate into opportunity but was refreshing process overall.

Entretien
In person OCI followed by a multi-step call back interview in person in Charlotte. Questions were all fairly typical and nothing surprising. I enjoyed talking to everyone I met. Ultimately decided on another firm because of the billables and lower starting salary.

Entretien
I interviewed with a partner during an on campus interview. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes. I spent about half the time talking about my interests and answering questions and the other half asking questions about the firm. The interview felt very natural and the partner I interviewed with was very friendly and personable.
