The interview process with Hedrick Gardner was multiple rounds. The interviewers were very pleasant, personable, and knowledgable. The interview was casual. The first round had two interviewers. The interview lasted approximately twenty minutes.

I sent in my resume and they responded fairly quickly. The interview was easy, but there were a number of interviewers, which can be intimidating. Everyone was very nice and there were a variety of different types of people represented.
