The interview process was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed from start to finish. My interview was rescheduled twice, despite requiring an in-person visit, which meant I had to take time off work unnecessarily. On the third attempt, I finally attended the interview and was invited to a second round. I was then told I would receive feedback by the end of the week. This happened quite a while ago , and I never received any response — no feedback, no rejection, no communication whatsoever. To be clear, this was not a recent situation where a response might still be pending. The lack of basic professionalism is exactly why I decided to share this experience. The HR department demonstrated a complete lack of organisation, accountability, and respect for candidates’ time. I would strongly advise future candidates to be cautious, as the process reflects very poorly on the company’s internal standards.
