I applied for the IT Service Desk Manager position. Received a phone call at 6 PM from Helix, though they left no voice mail. I called back and left a message. I then got an invite to interview. Day of interview: Two people on the call. One asked questions while the other sat crouched in a chair talking on his phone the whole time. Neither individual introduced themselves nor said what they did there. Neither provided any details of the position or said anything of their company. They were surprised the companies I have worked for used ServiceNow, really? This may have been the most awkward and unprofessional interviews I have ever done. As a Director, I would tear my staff a new one if they conducted interviews in any way like Helix does.
