I was stopped at the second stage, after a first assessment with HR. I didn't receive any further feedback from the company. The process seems of average difficulty. . .

I applied online and heard back within three days. Scheduled a recruiter call. Recruiter seemed harried and did not remember details of our previous email. They should post their salary bands to find if there's alignment before hand. It felt like a waste of time to apply and take the call but realize that the range was so off.
