They lost in their own process. The first interview is a lonely rec of yourself answering at question that appare in the same time. They lost my rec and thought I did't do that, so they rejected with this reason. At the end, they organised a meeting with the manager they seems to be bored to make this interview. So, too impersonal experience, for me

Es gab eine schnelle Rückmeldung auf meine Online Bewerbung, danach folgte das Telefoninterview, ein Review des ersten Interviews und darauf folgte die persönliche Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch in den heiligen Hallen von HelloFresh in Mitte Berlin.
