I applied through LinkedIn and HR called me. He explained the interview process and discussed the salary expectations. He said this is urgent requirement and if I can join in 30 days I said yes. Based on that my first round was setup with one guy from USA. My interview went quite well. I managed to answer everything and he seemed impressed. HR messaged saying be ready for next round. Couple of days after that he called me and said by next everything will be done. BUT after this drama started. Whole week got passed but didn’t got any response. When I tried contacting he behaved differently saying he is trying to schedule next round and asked me if I have any other offers. This drama continued for next week too. So for two weeks got wasted in this for an urgent requirement for which they wanted immediate joiner. After that when I tried contacting him he ignored my calls and finally when he responded he said as of now they are going with another immediate joiner. I mean what kind of joke is this? What else a candidate can do? Pathetic experience. I urge everyone to avoid this company.
