The complete process was very unprofessional. There were three rounds of interviews including submission of assignment and later personal meeting with the CEO, all in a haphazard manner. The organisation doesn't even have an HR Department, a consultant based in Dehradun was communicating on behalf of them, who acted very unethically while making the job offer. Basically, the complete organisation is a rip off with lots of public generated funds being used for various non-public interests. The organisation also doesn't have any legality on receiving funds. I would discourage everyone from working/interviewing in this organisation due to the complete dubious structure and unethical practices in the name of social welfare.
