I was contacted by phone hours after I applied. I was told some details about the job and set up an interview with the general manager, the interview was with GM and 2 other managers at the same time. It was a very comfortable meeting. Was instructed to wait for a job proposal by email, which after accepting the offer the next steps were detailed (Background and drug test)

Applied online, process took about 2 weeks in total. Spoke directly with hiring manager which is good. Warning, the company will subject you to online IQ/EQ Caliper tests, so if you don't like that, don't apply. They also asked me strange questions in the interview like "what shape would best describe you," and asked me some brain teaser question that to be honest made me uncomfortable. Very weird all around.
