They go through a staffing agency at the time. Before then, they would call you offer you a position (no interview for me) go to the local Urgent Care for physical and drug screen. Then begin training the upcoming Wednesday.

wait for someone to let you in the lobby and you will have a board interview. you will be asked about your work experience and job ethics. Also you will be asked to tell them about a time where you didn't agree with the directions given and how did you overcome it.
