Recruiter asked my current salary and benefits and when asking what their compensation package was he said he prefers hiring manager to communicate but there is wiggle room for the right person. I was so excited about this opportunity and the the manager had 0 wiggle room and the package was a complete joke. I would have never spent the endless hours researching and getting my hopes up if I knew the ridiculous salary was 60k base. We were way off. Also hiring manager 30 mins late to interview and had three devices on table during interview. One she was tying entire time, not very respectful. Not a great process and a company profiting billions pay reps 0-60k base? Really?
