I was contacted by an internal recruiter and then did a phone interview. I was then brought in for an interview with four managers. The recruiter followed up with me to ensure I was still interested, and I assured her I was. After some more follow up on my end, I received an offer from another company and let the Herc recruiter know. I ended up taking the offer because Herc never let me know if they were interested or not. I feel like they strung me along for weeks with the possibility of a job but never gave positive or negative feedback.

The process began with an online application on the company's website. After submitting, it took just under a month for the recruiter to contact me. Once the process began, it couldn't have gone any better. From the initial phone screen to the interviews with the hiring managers, all conversations were informal and conversational. It was not a high pressure interview process with all the standard interview questions you get with many companies. This style made it easy to connect on both a professional and personal level during the calls. After the phone interviews, an offer was extended in the next few days. Once the offer was accepted the recruiter was very informative as well as responsive to all questions. Overall, this was the best interview process I've gone through with a company, and the recruiter was better than any I have worked with at any other company!
