~45 minute phone screen, followed by 1-hour on-site one-on-one interview about two weeks later. The phone screen was not overly difficult. The in-person interviewer asked a wide variety of questions, some of which were difficult but not out of the ordinary. I did not advance beyond this point in the process but I felt that things were conducted fairly and competently.
