It was extensive to find the best candidates. Phone interview & 2 in person interviews with 2 different managers. If your a candidate then they do a drug screen, physical & background check. If you've had a DUI in last 5 years, no need to apply.

They start with safety & drilldown on your education & last 3 jobs. Why did you leave? What were my goals & what actions have I taken to achieve them. They use a lot of things from past to see if you match there positions.
