No rules... 4 rounds of written test. First and second test quantitative followed one another. 3rd nd 4th technical rounds followed by one another. All are elimination rounds. Completely waste of time.

Entretien
The process consists of three rounds
1. Aptitude+ Technical
( Logical reasoning , quantitative aptitude and 2 programs were tested in this round) It is easy but getting right coding program is must to reach next round.
2. Technical Round: Discussion on the topics of OOP ,Java , DS and DBMS.
3 Directors Round: Questions based on resume and knowledge about what you know about them

Entretien
Following are steps:
1. Apti 20 Que
2. 10 fill in blanks type technical and 10 Que objective type technical both on very basic fundamental
3. 2 program on C#
4. 2 Program and 1 O/P Question and 1 SQL query
5. Technical interview of about 30 minutes.
6. One more technical interview.
