2 day process

they will shortlist candidates on the basis of your score in the test and your academic background.(70% weightage is given to 10th and 12th marks)
DAY2: I had to face 3 interviews
interview 1:completely related to my mechanical stream...they asked a lot of engineering drawing, thermodynamics,HMT questions. They also asked a tricky aptitude question at last. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes
interview 2: again a technical 1 by a different panel...asked questions on strength of materials(SFD and BMD), HMT and thermodynamics
interview 3:HR interview ... the very 1st question..HR asked his name
and then talked about family background, job location and all
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the HR interview the person asked me his name....So better carefully listen during the Pre Placement Talk and presentation
Interacted with SVP and the recruiter. No technical component aside from talking through resume. The recruiter was professional and timely. The SVP seemed to want employees who would work much more than 40+ hours, but I don't think he works there anymore.
