The first stage of the process was similar to an aptitude test, focusing specifically on engineering-related questions with an emphasis on automobile concepts, testing candidates’ technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. The second stage involved an in-person interview, providing a platform to demonstrate communication skills, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.

Three rounds of interview. First round on basics and previous experience. Communication and intent for the job was noted. Second round was evaluated by a communication expert and the last round was by a team lead.
