1.Online test - QA,VA,LR, PSUEDO CODES 2.Communication test 3.Tr interview 4.hr interview So atlast selection process is the above one for graduate engineer trainee. And the hr round is went smoothly . Communication test is important one as many of them disqualified at this round .

Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
